Fastest ISP Webpass
Here's an exotic technology: Webpass is a WISP, a wireless ISP that offers speeds of up to 500Mbps down using line-of-sight connections to microwave towers in the Bay Area. Webpass is for multi-unit apartment buildings and condos with 10 apartments or more, primarily built after 1995. It isn't available in very many buildings, but where it is, it handily beats the incumbent cable providers.

Fastest Mobile Network Verizon Wireless
Verizon Wireless is America's LTE network king. An excellent nationwide buildout, broad swathes of 1700Mhz "XLTE" spectrum, and broad support for that spectrum across its phones meant that Verizon won more of our tested metro areas than any other.
