Fastest ISP Cox Communications
Cable ISP Cox, like its major cable competitors, has been busy upgrading its top speed tier to 300Mbps using the DOCSIS 3.0 standard, but Cox has another trick up its sleeve as well. In 2014 Cox launched 1Gbps service in Phoenix, parts of Virginia, and Orange County California, and it has said it expects to be able to offer 1Gbps service more widely across its coverage area using the DOCSIS 3.1 standard in 2016.
