Fastest ISP Bright House Networks
Bright House Networks, a smaller cable provider with scattered operations throughout the U.S., launched a 300Mbps tier this year in various markets like Florida, explaining its win in Tampa. In Alabama, Bright House hasn't implemented such fast speeds, but it doesn't look like there are a lot of fast options available.

Fastest Mobile Network T-Mobile
