Fastest ISP Cincinnati Bell
One of the nation's oldest phone companies (and one of the few legacy firms that hasn't been gobbled up), Cincinnati Bell is supplying 1Gbps fiber Internet to the good people of the Cincinnati metro area. Cincinnati Bell's tiers run all the way down to a $14.99, 2Mbps service, but it's the gigabit offering that makes it stand apart in our ratings.

2. | Time Warner Cable | 50.57 | / | 5.79 | Mbps |
Fastest Mobile Network Sprint
Sprint only won one of our metro areas: Cincinnati. The company has been ramping up its new Spark network over the past year, but not enough to outpace its competitors. In Cinci, Sprint benefitted from T-Mobile's very limited spectrum and, possibly, from Verizon being in the middle of doing work to re-outfit old Cinci Bell towers for its network.
1. | Sprint | 13.07 | / | 5.15 | Mbps |
2. | AT&T | 12.61 | / | 4.41 | Mbps |

4. | T-Mobile | 10.86 | / | 4.72 | Mbps |
