Fastest ISP Charter Communications
Charter is the third-largest cable provider in America, and like the other large cable providers, it has diverse technologies. The company has a proposed merger with Bright House Networks and Time Warner Cable on the table, although it hasn't gone through yet. While it doesn't have Time Warner's 300Mbps top tier, its slowest 60Mbps tier is much faster than competing providers' low tiers.
