Fastest ISP Bright House Networks
Bright House Networks, a smaller cable provider with scattered operations throughout the U.S., launched a 300Mbps tier this year in various markets like Florida, explaining its win in Tampa. In Alabama, Bright House hasn't implemented such fast speeds, but it doesn't look like there are a lot of fast options available.

Fastest Mobile Network Verizon Wireless
Verizon Wireless is America's LTE network king. An excellent nationwide buildout, broad swathes of 1700Mhz "XLTE" spectrum, and broad support for that spectrum across its phones meant that Verizon won more of our tested metro areas than any other.
