Primarily serving Western Canada, Shaw is the largest Internet provider in B.C. and Alberta. They offer a variety of speeds, ranging from as low as 5Mbps to as high as 120Mbps, with the higher speeds using the latest DOCSIS 3 cable technology. They have also been trialing fibre cable deployment in newly-constructed buildings across various communities.

Fastest Mobile Network Bell Mobility
Bell has been more aggressive in expanding their LTE footprint across Canada, looking to attain the goal of 98% of the population by the end of 2015. They released the first tri-band LTE-Advanced network rollout with support for devices that can handle Cat-9 LTE connections, but it could work in Halifax and Southern Ontario.
